1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on PadiTV infringes your copyright, email paditv001@gmail.com with: your name and contact details; a description of the work you own; the PadiTV link(s) to the infringing content; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material when the notice is valid. The uploader is told the content was removed and why.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, email paditv001@gmail.com with the removed link, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature. We may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the reporter files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

Channels that receive repeated valid copyright notices will be terminated.

5. Music on PadiTV

Only the uploader of a song can claim it. Re-uploads of a claimed song need the owner's permission or a paid licence before they go live. Owners can review requests from their channel page.
