1. What we collect

Account data: your email, channel name, username, avatar, banner and description.

Usage data: watch history, likes, subscriptions, playlists, comments, playback quality events and basic device information used to pick the right video quality.

Payment data: PayPal handles card details. We only store the subscription or order reference and its status.

2. Why we use it

To stream videos smoothly, resume where you left off, recommend content, count views, run creator payouts and keep the platform safe.

Verification documents you upload are stored privately and are visible only to PadiTV staff reviewing your request.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is required with our hosting, video delivery and payment providers so the service can run.

We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect users from harm.

4. Your choices

You can edit your profile, clear your watch history, turn notifications off and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your channel, videos and history.

Downloads saved for offline viewing are encrypted and stay on your device only.
