Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By using PadiTV — watching, listening, uploading, commenting, going live or paying — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PadiTV.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We check your date of birth at sign-up and do not create accounts for anyone younger.

If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 will be deleted.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your channel and for keeping your password safe. We recommend turning on an authenticator app in Settings → Security.

For your protection, sign-in is paused after repeated failed attempts and inactive sessions are signed out automatically.

One person, one channel. Impersonating another person, artist, brand or organisation is not allowed.

4. Content you upload

You keep ownership of your videos, Shorts, songs, releases, cover art, lyrics, posts, sounds and thumbnails. By uploading, you give PadiTV a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process into different qualities, stream, show in recommendations and promote that content inside PadiTV, and to let other users reuse sounds you make available.

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or harmful to children is not allowed.

Live streams follow the same rules as uploads.

5. Music rights and song licences

You may only claim the rights to a song you uploaded yourself. False claims may lead to removal of the claim and your channel.

If you re-upload a song someone else has claimed, you must either ask the owner for permission — your upload stays private until they accept — or pay the licence fee shown at upload to publish immediately. Licence fees are split 50/50 between the song owner and PadiTV.

A licence covers that one upload on PadiTV only. It does not give you rights to the song anywhere else.

6. Copyright and takedowns

We respect copyright. If you believe content on PadiTV infringes your rights, send a takedown notice as described in our Copyright & Takedown Policy. We remove or disable access to content when we receive a valid notice.

If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice. Channels that repeatedly infringe will be closed.

7. Moderation and verification

We may remove content, restrict features, revoke a verification badge or close a channel that breaks these terms. You can report videos and channels from their menus.

Verification badges are granted and revoked by PadiTV staff. They are never for sale.

8. Payments

PadiTV Premium, channel memberships, tips and song licences are processed by Monime. Prices are shown before you confirm.

Premium and memberships are paid one month at a time. Renew manually through Monime when you want another month. No automatic renewal or future charge is scheduled; access ends at the end of the paid period if you do not renew.

9. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around PadiTV's security, scrape data, inflate views or likes artificially, or access other people's accounts.

10. Disclaimers and liability

PadiTV is provided as it is. We work to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, PadiTV is not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by users.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the latest version. Continuing to use PadiTV after an update means you accept it.
