1. Accepting these terms

By creating a PadiTV channel, uploading content or watching videos you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PadiTV.

You must be at least 13 years old to open a channel, and old enough to give consent in your country.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens on your channel and for keeping your password safe.

One person keeps one channel profile. Impersonating another person, brand or organisation is not allowed.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of your videos, Shorts, posts, sounds and thumbnails. By uploading, you give PadiTV a licence to host, transcode, stream and promote that content inside the platform.

Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or harmful to children.

4. Moderation and verification

We may remove content, restrict features, revoke a verification badge or close a channel that breaks these terms.

Verification badges are granted, changed and revoked by PadiTV staff. A badge is never for sale and can be reviewed at any time.

5. Payments

Channel memberships, PadiTV Premium and creator tips are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown before you confirm and recurring plans renew until you cancel.

Refunds follow PayPal's dispute process and the local law that applies to you.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Continuing to use PadiTV after an update means you accept it.
